WHEN:  SEPTEMBER 27, 2024 
On-Site Sign-In begins 12:00 pm
Shot Gun Start, Captain’s Choice 1:00 pm (Time subject to change with golfer overflow.)
                                  
COST:  $125 PER GOLFER/ $500 PER FOURSOME INCLUDES:
 Green Fees, Cart, Beverages (Beer, Sodas, and Water), Awards for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd, Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin
 
**OPTIONAL DONATIONS (can be paid when signing up or day of )**
$20 Golfer Package: (2) Mulligans
$10 Junior Golfer Package: (1) Mulligans ​
​IMPORTANT DATES + INFORMATION:
  • Sponsors: Please commit by September 9th to guarantee that you name and image is on printed items. We will accept sponsors after this date, but we cannot guarantee sponsor information to be on printed materials. 
  • Golfers: Please try to register before September 9th. We cannot guarantee the correct shirt size if you register after. You must register and pay to secure your spot. Please provide us with your shirt size. 

 This year our event supports local Parkinson's Research and local Parkinson's support services.
